ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS

This Absolute Beginners class is intended for those with no previous yoga experience. This class run in a four week cycle, each week emphasizing a different series of poses. The intention is to familiarize absolute beginners with foundation postures and terminology

ZILS FINGER CYMBAL WORKSHOP

Join Renata in this advanced specialty workshop. The use of finger cymbals, or zils, while belly dancing coordinates body, music, isolation and layering, while keeping beat with your fingers. Basic belly dancing is preferred. If you have your own zils, please bring them along. Register early!
